Short and readable. Using SwapAnonymously means you agree to these terms.
1. What SwapAnonymously is
SwapAnonymously is an independent service for crypto to crypto swaps. Swaps are carried out through our liquidity partners. SwapAnonymously does not keep balances for anyone.
2. What is up to you
- You give correct receiving and refund addresses, on the right network, with a memo or tag where one is needed.
- You send the coin and network shown on your swap page. Coins sent on the wrong network may not be recoverable.
- You only use the service with funds you lawfully own, and in line with the laws that apply to you.
3. Rates
Rates are live and are estimates, unless you choose a fixed rate and send inside its window. On a floating rate, network conditions and the market can change the final amount.
4. Reviews, holds and refusals
We may review, delay or decline a swap before a deposit address is made, for example when an address appears on a sanctions list. Deposits may be held for compliance checks. See AML and large swaps.
5. Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for losses caused by wrong addresses or networks entered by you, or by blockchain delays. If something goes wrong with a swap, we work with you to fix it.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to swaps created after it was published.
